To obtain support please don't send emails to billing or sales email ids as you may not get any reply from them for any support or accounts related issues.
Correct and better way to get fast support for hosting and billing related issues is to submit a support ticket.
Its also advised to look for the solution in knowledgebase before you submit a support ticket. Incase you don't get the solution then submit ticket as follows:
1 - Click on Support Tickets Option in the top header menu.
2 - On the next page select the department to which you want to submit ticket to.
3 - In the next page write your name, problem, subject and also mention the same email id that you gave us while registration.
4 - After that click Submit button.
5 - You will immediately get a confirmation email on the same mail id that we have recieved your ticket.
6 - Once our representative reponds to your problem then you will get an email about the same.
